BanaLogic's customer care team is second to none in North Carolina. We have earned our reputation one customer at a time. Our extended equipment service agreement is available on your emissions equipment and provides you peace of mind that if anything goes wrong, we are here to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.
Our all inclusive service agreement includes:
- Access to our toll free customer care line for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Online system diagnostics.
- Onsite visits if required.
- Equipment replacements delivered next business day for calls logged before 2:00 pm EST.
- Software updates.
** NOTE: THERE IS A 7-day waiting period before replacement items can be shipped out.
Upon payment of the first month through the e-store you must complete the Service Agreement here to setup recurring monthly payments.
PLEASE SIGN-UP prior to your warranty expiring to avoid this delay in service.
