BanaLogic approved as Oregon DEQ Too™ Equipment Supplier

January 2017

As of December 22nd 2016 BanaLogic has been approved as an equipment manufacturer for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Too™ Program. The DEQ Too program allows motorists, or representatives on their behalf (such as their mechanic), to perform their own OBD test remotely at their own convenience,. DEQ Too shifts the paradigm for OBD-based emission testing and brings convenience to compliance.

As a participant in the DEQ Too remote OBD program BanaLogic is proud to announce its launch of OSKAR the Mobile Inspector. OSKAR is simple to use and reads the vehicle’s emissions system health by plugging into the vehicle’s OBD port, and the user is guided through step-by-step instructions using audio and visual prompts to conduct the test. Within a minute the inspection is complete and the results are transmitted via cellular network to the DEQ. After testing, the motorist can use OSKAR’s touch screen to view pass/fail results at the DEQ Too website and even order DMV stickers through first class mail.
